About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Training Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and delivering comprehensive training programs for clients and care management systems.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement application-based training to enhance user capability in client and care management systems.
  • Lead all aspects of project training, including design, implementation, and delivery of system-related learning activities.
  • Facilitate workshops, lead face-to-face and online training sessions.
  • Apply change management principles to create and implement actionable plans.
  • Provide expert advice on training roll-out issues to project stakeholders.
  • In collaboration with Learning Specialists, review training needs, outcomes, delivery methods, materials, and frameworks to achieve continuous improvement.
  • Identify and document gaps in application training requirements and end-user issues, developing plans to address these gaps.
  • Review learning needs and skill gap analyses, providing solutions to support effective training delivery.
Requirements

Candidates must provide a National Police Certificate and a Drivers Licence during onboarding.
