Vehicle Coordinator Position

The role of a Vehicle Coordinator is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of a hospital's fleet.

  • This position oversees the coordination of vehicle operations and associated administrative processes.
About You

We are looking for an individual with:

  • A certificate in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related discipline; or minimum five years' experience in a similar environment.
  • Demonstrated experience managing vehicle systems, including booking platforms and compliance databases.
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements, including vehicle registrations, insurance, and driver compliance.
  • Proven ability to generate reports, monitor key performance indicators, and support budget processes.
  • Experience liaising with suppliers and internal stakeholders to deliver effective operational outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain currency of all fleet documents and provide administration support.
  • Manage comprehensive fleet databases and systems.
  • Collaborate with external vendors to support vehicle procurement, maintenance, and disposal.
  • Support sustainability goals by assisting in the rollout and management of electric vehicles.
  • Participate in audits and implement policies to enhance fleet management and safety.
