Job Overview

We are seeking a diligent catering professional to join our dynamic airside team at Adelaide Airport. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service in the aviation industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently load and unload aircraft trolleys onto hi-lift trucks and drive them to the correct destination.
  • Guide vehicles for safe approach and work with airline cabin crew to ensure everything is correct.
  • Remove empty carts and transport them back to the catering facility, performing routine vehicle checks along the way.
  • Safely load and unload trucks and aircraft with catering, carts, and ovens.
  • Communicate and coordinate with Airline cabin crew for aircraft servicing and delivery handover.
  • Coordinate with dispatch aircraft timings and flight delivery allocations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Clean MR or HR driver's license required.
  • Ability to perform frequent manual handling tasks.
  • Proven track record of prioritizing safety above all else.
  • Flexibility working around flight schedules is essential.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Neat and tidy presentation.
  • Availability to work 38 hours/week as a full-time permanent position.
