We believe the journey of dance helps kids find their greatest abilities that will be with them through life.

Job Description:
  • Develop and implement the RAD ballet program for classical students from PrePrimary through to Advanced II.
  • Coach and develop advanced students to perform at a professional level in the field, covering areas of dance including jazz, contemporary, lyrical, and strengthening.
  • Organise, choreograph, and lead solo, duo, trios, and group eisteddfod and concert pieces for students.
  • Work with parents of students, both at the junior level, and in support of the advanced students developing in the field.
  • Contribute to the ballet and dance curriculum to meet the needs of the students in developing in the field.

Requirements:

  • RAD teaching qualification.
  • Versatility in teaching jazz, contemporary, lyrical, strengthening.
  • Experience teaching and developing students across a variety of ages from preschoolers to teens as well as varying abilities from beginner to advanced/professional.
  • Choreographic and performance skills.
  • Basic computer skills.
