About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Facilities Officer to join our team at WA PCYC. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and efficiency of our centres, managing our infrastructure and assets, and coordinating procurement processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure the safety and efficiency of PCYC centres, meeting all requirements for program delivery, recreational activities, and community events.
  • Coordinate infrastructure and asset management to ensure smooth operations and effective service delivery between PCYC staff, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Manage the daily operations of PCYC's fleet, assets, properties, facilities, and infrastructure.
  • Oversee procurement processes for asset and facility maintenance, including liaising with trades, service providers, and maintenance teams.

About You

We are looking for a candidate with proven experience in facilities management, including building operations and maintenance. You should be proficient with computers and various systems, have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and be able to work independently as well as part of a team. A current 'C' class Western Australian driver's licence is also required.
