Position Overview
In this role, you will be tasked with delivering landscaping and gardening services across various locations. You will operate independently to uphold high standards at your assigned sites, provide outstanding customer service, and foster strong relationships.
Your designated area will be in the Bunbury region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute landscaping tasks at multiple sites, including mowing, edging, sweeping/blowing, pruning, hedge/tree trimming, weed control, and turf maintenance.
- Refresh gardens with wood chips, mulch, and new plants.
- Conduct external pressure washing of buildings as necessary.
- Remove all garden waste and transport it to authorized waste transfer stations.
- Ensure timely updates on all job-related tasks.
- Adopt a proactive approach to grounds maintenance and repairs.
Qualifications:
- Prior commercial experience in grounds or landscaping maintenance services.
- A valid driver's license and experience driving with a trailer are mandatory.
- Willingness to obtain three doses of the Covid-19 vaccine.
- Readiness to receive annual flu vaccinations.
- Ability to multitask, work independently with minimal supervision, and make prompt, sound decisions.
- Familiarity with technology (iPhone) for systematic job and location monitoring.

This position is primarily outdoors and requires the ability to work in various weather conditions.
