High Acuity Nurse Specialist

As a key member of our medical oncology team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional personalized cancer care to patients. This role involves providing chemotherapy, haematology and theranostic IV treatments in a high acuity setting.
Key Responsibilities:- Delivering patient-centred care that meets the highest standards of quality and safety
- Providing clinical leadership and guidance to the nursing team to ensure seamless care delivery
- Facilitating learning and development opportunities to enhance the skills and knowledge of the nursing team
- Maintaining a positive and inclusive work environment that fosters collaboration and teamwork
- Participating in continuous quality improvement initiatives to drive excellence in patient care

Requirements:- Current AHPRA registration
- At least 3 years experience in medical oncology nursing
- Experience in a high-acuity setting
- Post-graduate study desirable but not essential
- Advanced communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work successfully within a team structure
- Patient-centred approach to nursing
- Computer skills
