Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Test Center Manager to join our team at Pearson VUE. As a Test Center Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our testing centers, ensuring the smooth delivery of exams and maintaining the highest level of quality and security.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer all aspects of testing operations, including equipment maintenance, test station setup, and candidate check-in.
  • Provide day-to-day leadership to test administrators, ensuring adherence to operational policies and procedures.
  • Identify and address potential improvement areas, serving as a key point of contact for the regional manager.
  • Collaborate with test administrators and the lead test administrator to ensure the successful delivery of exams.
  • Manage test center cleaning, maintenance, and security, ensuring a clean and professional testing environment.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to candidate inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Assist with training and coaching new hires, ensuring they are equipped to perform their roles effectively.
Requirements
  • Five years of customer service experience, with a strong background in testing or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to maintain high levels of accuracy and quality.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Windows applications, with the ability to learn new systems and technologies quickly.
