About the Cafe Role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated cafe professional to fill a position at our premises. Our customers comprise staff, contractors, and local businesses, with a focus on increasing customer base from the area.

Our menu features high-quality food and beverages, including burgers, wraps, lunch options, and beverages. If you have a passion for quality food and service, and are looking for a challenging role in a highly motivated kitchen team, we would welcome your application.

Main Responsibilities

  • To deliver exceptional customer service to all patrons
  • To prepare and cook high-quality dishes to order, using a deep fryer and grill
  • To maintain a clean and safe working environment
  • To work collaboratively as part of a team to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction

Necessary Skills and Qualifications

  • A minimum of 1 year experience in a cafe or similar environment
  • Excellent customer service skills and a friendly demeanor
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and as part of a team
  • Passion for quality produce and commitment to providing excellent customer service

Working Hours

We operate Monday to Thursday 9am-10pm, Friday-Sunday 9am-11pm. We require our cafe professionals to work at least 3 shifts per week, with approximately 25-30 hours per week, including weekends.
