Cafe All Rounder Position

As a cafe all rounder, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and contributing to a positive store environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and serve high-quality food and beverages to customers with precision and efficiency.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards at all times.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies in a timely manner.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to improve skills and knowledge, enhancing job performance.

Working Hours and Availability

Shifts will be approximately 12-15 hours per week, with the possibility of up to 25 hours. More consistent hours may be available if performance goals are met.
