- No sales targets or product-related KPIs.
- A comprehensive 2.5-week induction program covering clinical standards and business management.
- Full business and administrative support, including payroll, accounts payable, marketing, IT, supply chain, and ongoing guidance.
- A guaranteed salary ranging between $100,000 - $110,000 plus super (paid fortnightly), plus annual profit (paid quarterly once the business is making profit) and the future value of your shares in the business you develop and build (paid when you retire from the business).
- Generous leave entitlements, including 5 weeks annual leave + birthday leave.
Requirements for this role include:
- Hold or be eligible to hold a qualified practitioner number as a full member of the appropriate professional body.
- Two years clinical experience post obtaining QP.
- A high level of interpersonal skills and communication skills with the ability to build strategic working relationships.
- Ability to lead and work collaboratively to achieve desired business outcomes.
