Delivering exceptional care to our residents is at the forefront of this Enrolled Nurse role. With a focus on providing safe and competent clinical nursing care, you will play a vital part in ensuring the well-being of those in our care.
Key Responsibilities- Compile comprehensive resident histories and assessments.
- Maintain accurate documentation of care delivery.
- Complete ACFI assessments and contribute to maximising income.
- Implement, contribute to and evaluate resident care plans.
- Administer medications according to organisation policies and procedures.
- Minimum Diploma of Nursing or equivalent.
- 2 years post-graduate experience in aged care, preferably.
- Current registration as an Endorsed Enrolled Nurse with AHPRA.
- Knowledge of Residential Classification Scale and Standards for Aged Care.
- Current National Police Certificate or ability to acquire.
- Strong clinical and documentation skills.
- Understanding of Commonwealth Aged Care Funding Instrument.
