Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Training Professional to develop and implement comprehensive training frameworks, schedules, and resources for employees and contractors in compliance with industry standards.

This role requires the ability to conduct thorough training needs analyses, collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvements, and ensure that training programs align with internal and external requirements.

The ideal candidate will possess expertise in creating and maintaining effective learning frameworks, schedules, and assessment content to achieve measurable and impactful training outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain training and assessments to ensure compliance, performance standards, and continuous improvement.
  • Support the development and delivery of training content and resources, ensuring measurable outcomes that meet internal and external requirements.
  • Develop technical and non-technical skills, including apprentices, while tailoring learning to diverse audiences and levels, including apprentices.
  • Conduct training needs analyses with stakeholders to identify process improvements and enhance training effectiveness.
  • Continuously improve facilitation skills and stay informed on safety and learning initiatives by building strong business networks
Requirements:
  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (Mandatory)
  • Relevant certificate in applicable trade or industry experience
  • Hold a valid driver's license
