- Technicians: responsible for cleaning and maintaining residential and commercial swimming pools and spas, conducting water testing, adding chemicals, organizing and restocking service vans, providing excellent customer service while on-site, assisting customers with pool care advice and product recommendations, conducting in-store water testing, managing stock, merchandising, and store presentation, processing sales, and offering friendly customer support.
