About the Job
  • As a Financial Services Representative, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to locate customers and investigating overdue accounts.
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage outstanding accounts from major Australian institutions.
  • Make and receive high-volume inbound/outbound calls.
  • Investigate customer whereabouts and establish contact.
  • BUILD RELATIONSHIPS WITH CUSTOMERS BY ESTABLISHING RAPPORT AND TRUST.
  • Negotiate and implement effective repayment solutions.
  • Solve problems and handle objections effectively.
