Job Title: Financial Services Professional

The role of Associate in our Corporate Finance team is a challenging opportunity to work on transactions that provide exposure to various services.

This position involves substantial responsibility and encourages creativity and new ideas. Associates are given the autonomy to help drive business growth.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare, analyze and explain financial information.
  • Create financial models.
  • Coordinate and perform business due diligence.
  • Prepare confidential information memoranda and presentations.
  • Value companies and businesses.
  • Lead marketing engagements and build relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Supervise junior staff members in financial analyses.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A strong academic track record and degree equivalent to 2:1.
  • 3-4 years of advisory experience within M&A, generalist or Industry teams.
  • Fundamental understanding of financial valuation methodologies.
  • Advanced financial modelling and analytical abilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong knowledge of Excel.
