ICT Contract and Vendor Management Specialist

We are seeking a highly experienced ICT contract and vendor management professional to play a key role in our procurement operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage critical ICT vendor relationships and ensure contractual compliance.
- Develop and implement vendor management strategies and tools across all suppliers.
- Provide guidance to teams to improve vendor practices and outcomes.
- Oversee high-priority contracts and manage critical vendors in projects and business-as-usual.
- Establish and improve vendor KPIs focusing on quality, efficiency, and cost reduction.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Substantial experience in ICT procurement and vendor management, including strategic planning.
- Expertise in contract management, vendor relationship management, and performance improvement.
- Proven ability to manage Cyber Security vendor programs and ensure compliance.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and collaboration skills.
- A focus on continuous improvement and delivering cost-efficient outcomes.
