We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Pet Aftercare and Keepsake Preparation Coordinator. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of pet owners and their families.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare pets for office viewings and cremations, ensuring the highest level of care and respect.
- Take clay, ink, and digital paw prints, trimming fur and claws as needed.
- Carry out viewing cremations and gold and platinum creations as required.
- Manage the cool room and pets on hold, liaising with the client care team on progress.
- Assist with warehouse duties, including unpacking stock and accepting deliveries.
- Prepare pet ashes for urns, boxes, and jewelry, and finalize preparation for return to clients.
- You are comfortable handling pets with care, including occasionally dealing with deceased pets.
- You possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- You have a strong attention to detail and are organized, reliable, and able to manage your workload efficiently.
- You are physically fit and able to lift up to 25kg.
