
Client Support Liaison

We are seeking a Client Support Liaison to provide exceptional support to our clients and stakeholders. This role involves undertaking the ordering and distribution of court transcripts, accurately entering and extracting information from records systems, and ensuring compliance with administrative processes and legislative guidelines.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and can effectively manage multiple tasks and deadlines. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work independently as well as part of a team.
Main Responsibilities:
- Undertake the ordering and distribution of court transcripts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Accurately enter and extract information from records systems and computerized databases.
- Comply with administrative and operational processes, policies, and procedures, and legislative guidelines.
- Contribute to effective teamwork by developing a detailed understanding of team member roles and duties.
- Display diligence, professionalism, and confidentiality while handling sensitive information.
- Ensure adherence to relevant policies, procedures, and legislation.
