We are seeking a friendly and professional Night Guest Service Agent to join our team at Oaks Cypress Lakes Resort on a full-time basis.
About the Role- Welcome and check-in guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring their stay is memorable.
- Communicate effectively with guests, colleagues, and management, maintaining a positive and respectful tone at all times.
- Make bookings and reservations for guests, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all transactions.
- Assist guests during their stay, addressing any concerns or issues promptly and professionally.
- Previous experience working in hospitality, providing customer service, and guest services is advantageous.
- Professional interpersonal and communication skills are essential for success in this role.
- Availability to work independently between 11.00pm and 7.00am, including weekends, is required.
- Study for free and receive $1000 upon completion of a Certificate III or Certificate IV in Hospitality.
- Minor Hotels will support you obtain a nationally recognized certificate while you work full-time or part-time with us.
- On completion, you will receive $1000 AUD.
