About the On-Site Logistics Role:

As a seasoned Logistics Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating the efficient operation of our distribution fleet. This includes ensuring timely delivery and pickup of goods, as well as maintaining effective communication with customers and stakeholders.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all deliveries are collected and delivered within dedicated timeframes, minimizing delays and disruptions.
  • Communicate promptly with customers regarding any issues or deviations from the expected schedule.
  • Maintain accurate records of pallet exchanges and transfers to ensure reconciliation and minimize errors.
  • Collaborate closely with customer staff to develop efficiencies, meet KPIs, and improve customer relations.
  • Identify and report operational problems to the Operational Services Manager in a timely manner.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in a similar role, with a strong background in logistics, customer service, and coordination.
  • Proven ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent delegation skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and concisely.
  • A 'continuous improvement' mindset, with attention to detail and a focus on quality.
