Role Overview:

This position offers a competitive salary of $90,000 - $110,000 per annum, dependent on experience, plus opportunities for upskilling and career development. As an On Site Representative, you will be responsible for coordinating the operations of the distribution fleet, ensuring efficient and effective coordination, loading, sorting and preparation of stock to be forwarded.

You will act as the key point of contact for customers and stakeholders, providing them excellent customer service and managing queries. The role requires strong delegation skills, ability to communicate clearly and concisely, and a 'continuous improvement' mindset with great attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure all deliveries are collected and delivered within dedicated timeframes
  • Communicate any operational problems to the Operational Services Manager as soon as they are identified
  • Accurately manage pallet exchanges and transfers daily to ensure reconciliation
  • Work closely with customer staff to develop efficiencies, meet KPI's and improve customer relations
What You'll Bring:
  • 2+ years experience in a similar role or equivalent experience in Fleet Supervisor or Fleet Allocator
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritise and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Exceptional delegation skills and the ability to communicate clearly and concisely
