Caseworker - Permanency Support

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Caseworker to join our team in the Permanency Support program. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in supporting children and young people to achieve permanency and have a home for life.

  • Visiting children, young people and carers in their homes to build strong relationships and understand their needs.
  • Collaborating with carers, families and service providers to develop effective support plans and help children and young people reach their goals.
  • Working holistically to share knowledge and insight with our team and contribute to achieving best outcomes for children and young people.
  • Documenting children and young people's goals, journey and milestones to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
