About The Role

We are seeking individuals who are committed to providing excellence in personal care and support to our residents. As a Care Service Employee, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality care and making a positive impact on the lives of others.

  • Maintain the dignity and respect of residents at all times
  • Manage medication effectively using compliance aids
  • Recognize and respond to changes in residents' health and well-being
  • Provide wound care and implement continence programs
  • Conduct routine checks, such as blood pressure and temperature
  • Support residents with diabetes
  • Accurately document resident information throughout each shift
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop individualized care plans

To succeed in this role, you will require a Certificate III or IV in Aged Care and current First Aid Certification. You must also be passionate about providing person-centered care and have excellent communication skills.
