Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Retail Area Manager to lead our team on the Gold Coast. As an Area Manager, you will oversee multiple stores, develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, improve customer experience, and promote our social and environmental outcomes.

You will work closely with our Regional Manager and other stakeholders to achieve business targets, manage operational aspects, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Daily Responsibilities

  • Lead, grow, and develop a team of paid employees and volunteers to deliver outstanding customer service.
  • Analyze business reports to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to drive results.
  • Embed high-quality operational and visual merchandising standards across all stores.
  • Role-model a 'safety first' culture and ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.
  • Open new stores and oversee refurbishments to maintain high-quality store environments.

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must possess excellent people leadership and multi-site retail management abilities. You will be an outstanding written and verbal communicator, with demonstrated ability to inspire people through change.

You will be a high-energy individual with a proven track record in providing exceptional customer service. As someone known for integrity, you will be comfortable aligning to our Mission and Values.
