About the Job

This Casual position is based in our Cranbourne VIC branch and forms an integral part of our Australia Retail team. As a key representative of ANZ, you will be responsible for providing customers with a seamless banking experience through meeting their end-to-end financial needs and goals across transaction activities, needs-based conversations and educating them on digital solutions.

You will be working closely with a collaborative team and acting as a role model and peer coach to deliver the best possible customer service and ensure that our customers are satisfied and strong advocates for ANZ.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Providing customers with a seamless banking experience by meeting their end-to-end financial needs and goals.
  • Working collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets and enhance customer engagement.
  • Actively participating in and supporting bank programs and initiatives.
  • Maintaining a thorough understanding of ANZ's products and services.
