About the Role
We seek an experienced and passionate Chef to join our team at Club Wyong, a full-time position that offers a stimulating work environment and opportunities for growth.
As a Chef, your role involves preparing and cooking a variety of dining options, maintaining the highest standards, and delivering high-quality, wholesome meals that create memorable experiences for our customers.
Key duties include:
- Efficient and high-quality food preparation
- Maintaining presentation and consistency of food served
- Service and preparation for all bistro and function meals
- Monitoring of stock levels and complete stock rotations
- Ensuring compliance to food handling practices and general cleaning duties
- Creating a positive guest experience by delivering a high level of food quality
About You
To succeed in this role, you should possess:
- Previous experience working in a kitchen
- Holding a Cert III or IV in Commercial Cookery
- A valid Food Handling certificate
- Self-discipline and a team player attitude
- Exceptional communication skills
- Ability to work a flexible roster, including days, nights, weekends, and public holidays

Salary range between $60,000 to $80,000 based on experience
