Civil Construction Site Supervisor

The ideal candidate will possess a high level of expertise in various civil construction aspects, including FRP, concrete, steel fixing, formwork, and earthworks. The role involves overseeing resources, directing subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring occupational health and safety protocols, maintaining site records, and interpreting engineering plans.

  • Coordinate the allocation of plant, labor, and material resources for the project.
  • Direct and monitor subcontractors and suppliers to guarantee quality workmanship.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of occupational health and safety procedures.
  • Record daily site activities and maintain accurate documentation.
  • Read and interpret engineering plans and specifications.
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience in FRP as a site supervisor.
  • Certificate 3 in Civil Construction or similar.
  • Proven experience in concrete, steel fixing, formwork, and earthworks.
  • Knowledge of quality control techniques.
  • Strong planning and management skills, including ability to manage multiple teams across various projects.
  • Innovative problem-solving skills.
