Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Mobile Plant Maintenance Supervisor to lead a mobile maintenance crew and ensure work is carried out on site to OEM specification and site requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a trades team to ensure high levels of plant and equipment safety, availability, reliability, and operational performance.
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of a mobile plant maintenance team in a civil or mining environment.
  • Ensure the service and repair of heavy mobile earthmoving/mining plant (CAT, Komatsu, Hitachi) and maximize plant availability.
  • Use computerized maintenance management systems to track and manage maintenance activities.
  • Hold valid HR Driver's licence, EWP Ticket, Working at Heights and White Card.
  • Have Refrigerant Handling License including air conditioning repair experience.
  • Understand and implement safe work practices and compliance documentation.
  • Develop and maintain a strong safety culture within the team.
  • Lead, develop, and mentor trade technicians to achieve their full potential.
  • Collaborate with project management personnel and client representatives as required.
