Job Description:

The Site Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily on-site activities to ensure project completion within set timelines and allocated resources.

This role requires a high degree of organizational skill, attention to detail, and effective communication with various stakeholders including team members, subcontractors, and suppliers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate daily site activities to maintain efficient workflow
  • Oversee carpentry work, ensuring adherence to quality standards and safety regulations
  • Collaborate with project stakeholders to resolve any issues that may arise during construction
  • Maintain accurate site records and report progress to project managers

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Site Supervisor in the construction industry
  • Extensive carpentry experience with a strong understanding of construction processes
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Possession of a valid driver's license and access to a personal vehicle
  • Relevant certifications and licenses are an advantage
