The Role

The Client Advisor will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service, driving sales, and contributing to the overall success of the store. Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting boutique management to achieve sales targets
  • Ensuring personal and store sales targets are met
  • Providing the highest level of customer service at all times
  • Conducting daily security stock counts
  • Undertaking daily routines as directed
  • Maintaining stock and cleaning the store
  • Tracking performance statistics
  • Merchandising and setting up new display concepts
  • Attending regular training sessions

Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Demonstrated retail experience, preferably in the luxury industry
  • Highly developed and proven customer service skills
  • A genuine passion for the Longines brand
  • Computer literacy skills
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • A team player with energy, drive, and enthusiasm
  • Impeccable grooming and presentation
