About the Role
- Deliver high-quality, culturally safe training and assessment in health programs to support students from diverse backgrounds.
- Maintain accurate records of student progression and provide timely reporting on their achievement of strong completion rates.
About You
- You will have a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116 or higher) and a Diploma (or higher) qualification in Health or a related field.
- A minimum of 3 years' experience as a Health Trainer and Assessor is required.
- You must possess strong knowledge of the CHC Training Package and have the ability to adapt training to meet varying needs.
- A commitment to Aboriginal health, self-determination, and community control is essential.
- Cultural knowledge and/or lived experience as an Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander person is highly regarded.
- Understanding of LGBTQIASB+ inclusion and respect for diverse identities is also important.
