Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide leadership and support to teams
  • Respond to clinical and non-clinical emergencies
  • Coordinate staffing to meet service needs
  • Facilitate and support patient flow, working with internal and external stakeholders

  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Strong leadership skills or willingness to develop further
  • Able to multi-task and prioritise in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
