**Infrastructure Solutions Overview**: Our team is dedicated to providing innovative infrastructure services to support the department's strategic initiatives.

We contribute to teaching and learning outcomes in schools by aligning our services to whole of government goals and departmental priorities. Our core functions include policy development, strategic planning, program formulation, project delivery, and performance reporting.

The New Schools Delivery Team provides leadership, governance, program, and project management expertise to deliver a future-ready school network for inner-city Brisbane.

**Role Responsibilities**: Lead the development of programs, policies, and procedures to support the strategic direction of the department for infrastructure and planning-related issues.

Manage teams to provide high-quality service in formulating innovative solutions for infrastructure and planning-related services to internal and external clients.

**Essential Skills and Qualifications**: Effective communication, consultation, and negotiation skills. High-level analytical and problem-solving skills, understanding of project delivery and project management of construction-related works.

A personal drive and integrity, ability to improve systems, services, policies, practices, and processes to achieve departmental objectives.

In regulated employment, an employee must have a current Working with Children Clearance issued by Blue Card Services.
