Senior Technical Director Job

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Technical Director to lead technical teams and develop solutions for key projects in water infrastructure engineering.

  • Plan, program and coordinate studies, investigation, design and construction management projects as Design Manager or Project Technical Lead.
  • BBring technical acumen to the development of solutions that meet client needs, driving value into our solutions.
  • Develop strong working relationships with clients by delivering valuable business solutions and understanding their business.

A day in the life of a Senior Technical Director looks like:

  • Coordinating all multi-disciplinary activities and inputs by the technical team to ensure an integrated technical solution.
  • Delivering outputs on time and to an appropriate quality.
  • Leading engineering projects and managing internal engineering disciplines as well as subcontractors.
  • Supporting delivery teams during design and construction, acting in a senior leadership and management role on projects.

Key Requirements:

  • Tertiary Qualification in relevant Engineering field along with CPEng and RPEQ (or ability to obtain).
  • At least 10 years civil or process-mechanical water infrastructure engineering experience - design and construction.
  • Exceptional leadership abilities including managing subcontractors and multidisciplinary teams.
