Job Description:

Overview of the Role

We are seeking a skilled Clinical Research Operations Coordinator to manage the logistical and operational aspects of our client's pharmaceutical industry projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Order Management: Process customer orders from initiation to completion, including purchasing, delivery tracking, and invoicing.
  2. Logistics Coordination: Coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments with suppliers and logistics providers.
  3. Internal Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams to meet customer needs.
  4. Quality Control: Support quality checks and report any issues with products or deliveries.
  5. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records in systems like ERP.
  6. Supplier Communication: Communicate with suppliers to confirm delivery times and follow up as needed.
  7. Performance Monitoring: Monitor and report on delivery performance and order accuracy.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Experience: 1-2 years in logistics, purchasing, or order management.
  • Understanding: Understanding of working with 3PL providers and suppliers.
  • Systems Proficiency: Proficiency with systems such as ERP, SAP, or similar.
  • Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail, multitasking, and time management skills. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Advantages: Experience with international logistics or pharmaceutical products is advantageous. Knowledge of GDP or GWP is a plus.
