- Task Execution: Ensure tasks allocated are completed accurately and within required timelines, adhering to standards and service level agreements.
- Customer Service: Provide quality customer service, answering enquiries and effectively handling complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
- Risk Identification: Proactively identify risks and issues within the business and escalate them appropriately to the Team Leader.
- Process Improvement: Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance processes and improve productivity.
- Team Support: Work as a key member of the Operations team by supporting other members of the team as and when required.
- Experience: A minimum of 1 year of experience in the financial services industry in a similar role.
- Attention to Detail: High attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of work.
- Technical Skills: Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office.
- Customer Service Skills: Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.
- Interpersonal Skills: Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Online Banking Experience: Online banking experience, with the ability to navigate and utilize online banking systems.
