Job Title: Meat Processing Professional

We are seeking a skilled and reliable individual to join our team as a meat processing professional.

About the Job:

As a meat processing professional, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks including production work, trimming, cutting, boning, and slicing.

You will also be required to maintain a clean and safe working environment, operate equipment and machinery, and perform industrial cleaning tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Perform production work and process line activities
  2. Trimming, cutting, boning, and slicing meats
  3. Cleaning and sterilizing work areas and equipment
  4. Meatpacking and general laboring
  5. Chiller room operations
  6. Operation of equipment and machinery
  7. Industrial cleaning

Requirements:

  • Australian Citizen or Permanent Residency with full working rights in Australia
  • Willingness to undergo a pre-employment medical check, including a drug and alcohol test
  • Q-Fever vaccination
  • Ability to provide two professional references
