Leading Retail Director

The Leading Retail Director will drive and manage a team of Regional Managers/Area Sales Managers, focusing on sales strategy, team performance, and channel development.

Sales Strategy & Planning:

  • Develop and implement zonal-level B2B sales strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
  • Forecast sales volumes, analyze trends, and identify new growth opportunities.

Team Leadership & Performance Management:

  • Lead and manage a team of high-performing Regional Managers/Area Sales Managers.
  • Set performance goals, monitor team productivity, and provide regular coaching and support.

Channel Development & Partner Management:

  • Identify, onboard, and nurture new B2B partners and channel associates.
  • Maintain strong relationships with key partners and ensure their consistent performance and satisfaction.

Business Growth & Target Achievement:

  • Drive revenue growth and profitability through effective partner engagement and channel expansion.
  • Ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the zone.

Required Skills & Attributes:

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the financial services, broking, or fintech domain.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management abilities.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate/Postgraduate in Business Administration, Sales, or related field.
  • 15 years of experience in B2B sales, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
