We are seeking an accomplished and visionary Operations Manager to lead our front-of-house team in a dynamic environment. This is an exciting opportunity to take charge of a vibrant venue and shape its future.

About the Role:

This is a leadership position that requires a highly skilled and experienced professional who can deliver excellent customer service, manage day-to-day operations efficiently, and maintain a welcoming atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and direct the front-of-house team to achieve exceptional customer satisfaction
  • Oversee all operational aspects, including opening and closing procedures, roster management, and labor cost control
  • Maintain stock levels, supplier relationships, and ensure compliance with health and safety standards and regulations
  • Handle customer feedback, resolve issues promptly, and maintain a positive reputation
  • Collaborate with kitchen and coffee teams to ensure smooth service flow and high-quality food and beverage offerings
  • Implement and refine systems for efficiency, consistency, and continuous improvement
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a senior front-of-house or venue management role
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Passion for hospitality, service, and team development
  • Experience with rostering, budgeting, and operational efficiency
  • Knowledge of specialty coffee and café management is an asset
  • Ability to work across weekdays and weekends as required
