About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Team Leader: Executive Services to join our team at the University of South Australia. As a key member of our executive services team, you will be responsible for leading the operational and administrative services across our academic unit's programs, research activities, and strategic projects.

As a Team Leader: Executive Services, you will provide high-level project management support and coordination, as well as leadership, mentoring, and management to a team of project officers and administration assistants. You will be responsible for performance management and professional development, ensuring that your team is equipped to deliver exceptional results.

Essential Skills and Experience
  • High-level project management and coordination skills, including demonstrated ability to monitor multiple projects with a high degree of autonomy
  • Demonstrated experience working in a senior administrative position in a complex service environment, including leading a team in the provision of superior quality customer service
  • Demonstrated experience in the design, development, and maintenance of records management frameworks, preferably on SharePoint
  • High-level verbal and interpersonal and problem-solving skills, including experience in liaising with people at all levels both internal and external to an organization to provide advice and recommendations to senior staff
