  • Network Infrastructure: Design, plan, and implement critical network infrastructure to support our operations, ensuring high-performance and reliability.
  • Issue Resolution: Respond to emerging issues impacting our customers by troubleshooting, analyzing, and implementing effective solutions, collaborating with various technical and service teams across the organization.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a similar role, with proven experience in integrated circuits specifications and hardware design.
  • Telecommunication Protocols: Familiarity with digital and analog telecommunication protocols, including ISDN, FXS/FXO, CAS, SS7, and SIP.
  • Vo IP Technologies: Hands-on experience with Vo IP technologies (SIP, RTP, and their secure versions), Vo IP PBX, and Media Gateways.
  • Operating Systems: Proficiency with Linux (RHEL/Cent OS preferred), Windows Server 2008 and later, and Windows 10.
  • Virtualization: Experience with VMware virtualization platforms.
  • Project Management: Background in leading hardware design projects and managing component lifecycles.
  • Debugging Skills: Skilled in using debugging tools and techniques.
  • Methodology: Knowledge of Agile methodology.
  • Education: University degree in Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience.
