Job Title: IT Infrastructure & Network Architect

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure & Network Architect to join our team at Salt Recruitment. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing infrastructure and network solutions that meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop architecture documents focusing on infrastructure and network architecture.
  • Contribute to standards, principles, patterns, and frameworks.
  • Participate in governance and working group forums to endorse solutions and standards.
  • Provide input to business cases and proposals.
  • Maintain architecture updates in the Enterprise Repository.
  • Support projects in identifying and managing risks, and assist with migration and implementation of services.
  • Provides architectural governance to design, build, and operate phase.

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience delivering conceptual and solution architecture documents.
  • Skilled in infrastructure architecture for complex IT environments, especially OT/SCADA systems.
  • Expertise in secure data center deployments and migrations.
  • Strong knowledge of virtualization, storage, and network technologies.
  • Proficient in automation tools and logging/monitoring technologies.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.

Education and Certifications:

  • Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
  • IT architecture qualifications or certifications, or equivalent experience.
  • Vendor certifications are highly valued.
