Key Responsibilities- Client Services
- Provide exceptional customer service to tenants, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Conduct property inspections to ensure compliance with tenancy agreements and regulatory requirements.
- Property Management
- Manage the leasing process, including marketing properties and conducting viewings.
- Coordinate maintenance and repairs to ensure properties are well-maintained and meet regulatory standards.
- Community Engagement
- Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including community organizations and government agencies.
- Contribute to the development of community programs and services that support the needs of our tenants.
- Experience
- Minimum 2 years' experience in community housing or property management.
