Job Description:

We are seeking a reliable and physically fit individual to join our proactive services team. This role involves ensuring trolleys are available for use and maintaining the overall cleanliness of our stores.

As part of this role, you will be responsible for completing tasks allocated to you in the daily planner, including sweeping the shop floor, cleaning walls, bathrooms, trolleys bays, and emptying bins.

You will also be required to collect trolleys on foot from the car park and surrounding areas, work across departments to deliver specific cleaning needs, and assist customers in-store by answering questions or providing directions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Complete daily tasks as assigned in the task list
  • Collect trolleys from the car park and surrounding areas
  • Work with colleagues to maintain store cleanliness and organization
  • Provide excellent customer service
Requirements:
  • Ability to stand for long periods and lift loads between 5-10kgs
  • Physical fitness is essential for this role
  • Flexibility to work in different environments such as the shop floor, fridges, freezers, and carparks
  • Availability to work across Monday-Sunday and shifts starting from 6am or 5pm
  • Good eye for cleanliness and small details
