EML is a leading business that helps people get their lives back through ongoing support during return-to-work journey. As we expand our technology team, we are looking for an Automation Developer to drive work smarter and deliver tech-driven solutions that make a real difference.

This permanent full-time position is based in Sydney with flexibility to work from home up to 3 days a week.

Your Responsibilities
  • Design and build automation processes to streamline work, ensuring high-quality, secure, and scalable solutions.
  • Partner with Business Analysts to translate requirements into smart and effective automation solutions.
  • Monitor and maintain automations post-launch, resolving issues quickly and effectively.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and drive continuous improvement and innovation in RPA development.
About You
  • Full Australian working rights without restriction.
  • UiPath certification (Associate or Professional) with strong hands-on UiPath expertise.
  • Solid programming skills in C# and Python, with bonus points for experience integrating AI/ML models and APIs.
  • At least 3 years' experience in automation development and process improvement.
  • Confidence in working with SQL Server, Web APIs, and Visual Studio.
  • Experience in agile environments, Scrum, JIRA, and Confluence.
  • Strong organisational skills, time management, and focus on high-quality delivery.
