Job Description:
- Design, develop, and deploy high-performance automation workflows using industry-leading tools such as Power Automate and Copilot Studio.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process improvement opportunities and implement automation solutions that drive business value.
- Develop and maintain robust AI agents using Python to automate tasks and interact with users through various interfaces.
- Integrate Azure AI Services to enable natural language understanding, summarization, and form extraction, driving efficiency and accuracy in business processes.
- Develop secure and scalable connectors and API integrations between business systems, ensuring seamless data exchange and minimizing technical debt.
- Maintain and improve a platform for evaluating AI agents, enabling data-driven decision making and continuous improvement.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and identify opportunities for automation, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in automation and AI engineering roles, with at least 3 years of hands-on experience designing and deploying automation solutions.
- Hands-on experience with Power Platform and Copilot Studio, with a strong understanding of their capabilities and limitations.
- Experience working with enterprise platforms and automating tasks, with a focus on building scalable and secure integrations.
- Strong understanding of emerging technologies such as generative AI, machine learning, and automation, with a passion for staying up-to-date with industry trends.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to teach technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
