Production Operator Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Production Operator to join our manufacturing team. As a key member of our operation, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth production and packing of our products while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate processing and packing machinery in accordance with established procedures
  • Contribute to achieving our high safety and quality standards through effective teamwork and communication

  • Adhere to all relevant regulatory requirements and company policies
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  1. Previous experience as a machine operator in the FMCG industry, preferably in food production
  2. Strong team player with a focus on safety and quality
  3. Forklift license is desirable but not essential
  4. Effective communication, numeracy, and literacy skills
  5. Troubleshooting skills and initiative
  6. Ability to work 12-hour shifts and occasional weekends
  7. Understanding of HACCP, GMP, and food safety principles
