Join Our Team as a Back of House Team Member

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Back of House Team Member. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assisting with events set-ups, cellar and store duties, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with events set-ups, including room preparation and equipment setup
  • Perform cellar and store duties, including inventory management and stock rotation
  • Provide exceptional customer service, including responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues
  • Work effectively as part of a team to achieve goals and objectives
  • Perform other duties as required

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Physical fitness and ability to lift heavy objects
  • Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
