
Administrative Assistant Sought for Training and Consulting Role

We are looking for an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team as a Trainer/Consultant.
This autonomous position offers great resources and support, with flexible work arrangements allowing you to work from home with amazing benefits.
Key Responsibilities:- Delivering training and consulting services and programs to clients
- Providing telephone support and online requests via our system
- Providing expert level knowledge confidently to clients on our systems (training will be provided)
- Previous working knowledge of administrative roles in law firms, ideally with at least 3 years' experience
- Demonstrated experience with general accounting processes including billing, trust accounting processes, and compliance
- Excellent time management skills and high organisational ability
- Strong technical IT skills and working with document management systems within a law firm
- Excellent attention to detail
- Friendly and flexible attitude
- Self-motivation and problem-solving skills
- Confidence in meeting with lawyers and partners whilst representing the company
